Process

- Compile all required documentation, including company registration, GST/PAN details, and agreements with authorized recyclers or collection agents.
- Submit the EPR application along with supporting documents to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) via the online EPR portal.
- CPCB reviews the application, verifies compliance, and requests clarifications if necessary, ensuring adherence to all legal norms.
- Upon approval, CPCB issues the EPR Authorization Certificate, valid for five years, with annual reporting and compliance obligations.
